Modern vehicles require modern technical skills.

Automotive technical training is intended to be RETS’s initial flagship educational activity. The planned curriculum combines conventional mechanical systems with the electrical, electronic and software-driven systems found in contemporary vehicles. Training would be aligned with qualified instructors, appropriate facilities and required approvals.

Manufacturer-led technical knowledge transfer.

RETS intends to explore cooperation with Chinese automotive manufacturers to bring technical instructors, training equipment, procedures, diagnostic tools and train-the-trainer support to Ghana. BYD, Changan, Chery, Geely and Great Wall Motor are potential outreach targets—not confirmed partners.

  • Visiting technical specialists, if agreements are secured
  • Training vehicles and authentic manufacturer procedures
  • Development of Ghanaian instructors
  • Potential industrial attachments and recruitment pathways

Safety and claims come first.

High-voltage vehicle work and other hazardous operations would be restricted to qualified adults under appropriate supervision. No employment placement is guaranteed; qualifications, employer partnerships and training dates will be published only when confirmed.
